Return Policy

30-Day Return Period You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility Items must be in the original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Accepted Returns We'll send a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Non-returnable Items Excludes perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges After return acceptance, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Once returns are received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund status. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
